I work using a pluralistic approach, which means I believe there is no single "right" way to do therapy. We'll work collaboratively to find what feels most helpful for you and shape our sessions around your individual needs, values and desired changes.
I am trauma informed and take a non pathologising approach. This means that I believe it is important to understand how the body, nervous system and brain play a role in how we think and feel. Behind any label you may have been given, there is your unique story.
I offer online and telephone counselling, so you can access support from comfortable and familiar surroundings.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Yateley, Hampshire as well as walk-and-talk sessions in Yateley's beautiful natural surroundings, where being outdoors can become part of the therapeutic experience. Other locations for walk-and-talk sessions can be discussed.
Each hour session of online, telephone or walk and talk counselling costs £55 and I offer a block of 6 sessions for £299.
I offer reduced fees for students, student counsellors and those claiming UC/low income.
Whatever brings you to search for a counsellor, you don't have to make sense of it all before you arrive. My role is to listen, to understand your experience, and to be alongside you as we explore what matters most and work towards change.
